Enthusiastic folks who wish to learn how to identify South Florida's wild plants
June's topic is the genus Thelypteris (shield ferns). This workshop will be lead by fern specialist and Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden's Conservation Program Manager Jennifer Possley, and will be at a NEW VENUE, Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden. Feel free to bring in plants, other ferns are welcome.
The Native Plant Workshop is FREE. Meeting time for this month is at 5:00PM and ends at 7:00PM, still on the third Tuesday of the month. This month will take place at Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden. Park at the south entrance, and meet at the Corbin building nearby.
