White Moneywort (Alysicarpus vaginalis), a non native weed in the Fabaceae (Pea family).  This species is in the Papillionoidae subfamily, members of which have pea shaped flowers (reminding some botanist of butterflies I suppose, as Papillion means butterfly in Latin).  Note the simple leaves (unusual for a Fab).  The species epithet means sheath, referring to the sheathing stipules along the stem.
