Native Plant Workshop Website Changes

Dear Native Plant Workshop members,

I am writing this post to let all of you know of some future changes to our Social Website.  Our website host, Ning, is increasing the annual fee to continue our website from $20/year to over $500/year.  So I have decided to leave Ning and am in the process of creating a new social website through Wordpress/Buddypress (our Ning website ends on October 1, 2016).  This will be a learning process for me, and I hope to have the bones of it up and running before the end of the month.  The new website address is www.nativeplantworkshop.com.  I hope to have most all of the features that we currently have on our Ning website, including uploading photos and forum discussions, etc. as well as the ease of announcing future meetings.  This will however mean that you will need to join the new social group at our new website location if you still wish to participate.  the website is up, but it is still a work in progress, so please be patient, and keep an eye out for cool stuff.
