Our May topic is Leaf terminology. This is a new concept, but bring in plants with different kinds of leaves you will find it more interesting than you thought. Please bring in at least 3 plants, which needn’t necessarily cover the topic (I dare you to bring in a leafless plant!).  It is best to bring plants with flowers and/or fruits, especially for those which you do not know.

The Native Plant Workshop is FREE. Meeting time is at 5:00PM, the third Tuesday of each and every month. We convene at the Miami Dade College Kendall Campus’s Landscape Technology Nursery in the northwest corner of the campus. Please park inside of the gate.
