19 September 2017 NPW Meeting Canceled but...

Dear Fellow Native Plant Workshop participants,

Tomorrow Night's meeting is cancelled due to damage from Hurricane Irma at the Landscape Technology Center of Miami Dade College (where we meet).  Most everything if fine, but there is a lot of damage to the landscape, and the room where we meet is full. Miami Dade College's Landscape Technology Center is looking for volunteers to help remove branches and debris and cut trees (chainsaws welcome).  If you are interested, in helping please feel free to come to the college during business hours and ask to volunteer, even if it is only for an hour or two.  We will meet again in October, and cover a new topic as Broomsedges and Bluestems will be done flowering.
