no, not a vine, but sort of a subshrub.  Capraria biflora, otherwise known as Goatweed, which is one of two Florida species that managed to remain in the Scrophulariaceae (Figwort family).  This species is typically more coastal, but I am aware of its presence at this location.  In Florida, it is only found south of Lake Okeechobee.
