need a closer look, can you take a picture of the leaves and flowers? However, it looks like Moujean tea (Nashia iguanensis) in the Verbenaceae. this is a native of the bahamas and parts of the caribbean. excellent pollinator attractor, inclulding butterflies and bees. Large shrub, can get to 12' tall, and is often wider than tall.
