Enthusiastic folks who wish to learn how to identify South Florida's wild plants

Multiple stems 3' long with blooms coming off bright green bulb (?) in ground. Any ideas what it is?

I suspected the mulch was a link, it is next to a pile of tree trimmer's mulch. I guess I better collect the seed pods off of it. It is growing right in the limestone, with a thin sheet of mulch on top.

A new exotic orchid (from SE Asia), that is spreading across the state fairly rapidly.  Eulophia graminea, it popsup in areas with mulch, although I have observed it invading pine rockland, and even strand swamp in Immokallee.  It arrived about 5-6 years ago.
