Not a grass, but a sedge in the Cyperaceae.  Hurricane Sedge (Fimbristylis cymosa).  I think it is now considered native.  Grasses, sedges, and rushes are all collectively called "Graminoids", which means shaped like grass.  Grasses are two-ranked, whereas sedges are three-ranked.
