Euphorbia polyphylla in the Euphorbiaceae (Spurge family).  It has a boring common moniker of Lesser Florida Spurge, and is endemic to Florida, found nowhere else in the world.  It is common though, and found in pineland communities of peninsular Florida.   What look like flower petals are actually cyathial gland appendages, as this species has no petals or sepals on its flowers.
