Florida Hammock Sandmat (Chamaesyce opthalmica), a Florida Native in the Euphorbiaceae (same family as Poinsettias, Yuca/Cassava/tapioca, and the most toxic plant in the world, Castor Bean where Ricin comes from). However, this plant won't kill you. This differs from other sandmats in that it is fairly prostrate, the gland appendages are inconspicuous, inflorescences usually terminal, and the fruits are pubescent throughout.
