If you were at the recent workshop you would have seen this and learned what it is, but learning remotely is fine too.  It is Neptunia pubescens, commonly called Tropical Puff, and is in the legume family (Fabaceae).  Despite it's common moniker, It is native to most of Florida where it grows in Sandy pinelands.  The leaves close up when you touch it.
